I will always remember Ian for his phase 'never assume anything'. Ian said it many a time and I now repeat it myself as it is so true. Ian's stories always kept us amused and there was always laughter in the office when he was around. It was a pleasure working with Ian, he was always there to support us. He will be greatly missed by us all.
